Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Digixrove. By using our website and services for WordPress website creation, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your use of our website, products, and services. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Services Provided

Digixrove specializes in WordPress website creation services. We offer a variety of packages for custom website design, development, and maintenance. Some plans include hosting and domain services, which will be detailed in your selected package.

2. Payment Terms

To commence work on any website project, we require a 30% advance payment. This advance is non-refundable under any condition once the work has started or the project has been initiated. The remaining balance will be due upon project completion or as outlined in the project agreement.

3. Hosting, Domain, and Credentials

  • If your chosen plan includes hosting and domain services, these will be provided as part of the package. However, the renewal costs for hosting and domain services may vary depending on market conditions and the provider’s pricing policies.
  • You will not receive credentials for the domain, cPanel, hPanel, hosting account, or Direct Admin. These credentials will remain with us for management purposes.
  • If requested, you will be provided with access credentials for the WordPress dashboard (admin panel) to manage your website content.

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to the following responsibilities:

  • Accurate Information: You will provide complete and accurate information about your project requirements.
  • Content Compliance: All content (text, images, videos, etc.) provided by you must comply with applicable laws and not infringe upon any third-party rights.
  • Plan-Specific Services: If your selected plan does not include hosting or domain services, you must procure these independently and provide us with access to integrate them with your WordPress website.
  • Nulled Software Prohibition: Digixrove strictly does not use nulled themes or plugins. You acknowledge that all themes and plugins integrated into your website are legitimate and licensed.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Non-refundable advance: The 30% advance payment is non-refundable once the project has commenced.
  • Cancellation after the project has started will result in charges based on the work completed to date, in addition to the non-refundable advance.
  • No refunds will be provided for domain registration, hosting services, or any third-party services that are part of your plan.

6. Changes to the Project Scope

Any changes to the project scope after the agreement has been finalized may incur additional costs. These costs will be communicated to you, and no extra work will be undertaken without your approval.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of the project, you will own the rights to the website design and content. Digixrove retains the right to use the project in our portfolio and for promotional purposes unless you request otherwise.

8. Third-Party Services

If third-party services (e.g., plugins, themes, or software) are integrated into your website, we are not responsible for their performance, security, or availability. Licensing and ongoing management of such third-party tools are subject to their respective terms and conditions.

9. Website Maintenance

Website maintenance services are not included in standard packages unless explicitly stated. If you require ongoing maintenance, this will require a separate agreement.

10. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide the best possible services, Digixrove is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, website downtime, or loss of income.

11. Termination of Agreement

We reserve the right to terminate any agreement if:

  • The client violates these terms.
  • Payment is not made on time.
  • The project scope changes significantly without mutual agreement.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of the jurisdiction where Digixrove operates. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of this jurisdiction.

13. Amendments

Digixrove reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be updated on this page, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.
